Importer, wholesaler & distributor of Japanese food for Hong Kong market
Key customers : supermarket chain, hotels, restaurants, food retail chains...etc in Hong Kong
We are looking for Japanese speaking Personal Assistant - with details as follows :

The Job :

Provide secretarial & personal assistance to native Japanese Chairman
Perform interpretation and translation from Japanese to Cantonese & English
Manage boss daily schedule of meetings and appointments
Travel arrangement
Arrange schedule of driver
Attend company events
Handle business correspondence, minutes, reports and confidential documents
Other administrative support
Tertiary education
Over 3-5 years secretarial / administrative / personal assistance role
Experience in reporting to native Japanese Managers / management
Proficient in Japanese, English and Mandarin
5 days work
13 months salary + performance bonus
Birthday leave
Medical insurance
