Professional firm providing services including auditing, accounting, corporate service & corporate finance with 100 staff in Hong Kong office
We are looking for Company Secretarial Asst – with details as follows :

The Job :

Team work in Company Secretarial Department
Assist in handling company secretarial and participate in ensuring compliance matters for both listed and private companies;
Maintain and update company secretarial records, registers and statutory filings;
Communicate with various parties including clients, lawyers, governmental authorities, banks, etc.;
Provide clerical support to other team members; and
Assist in other corporate ad-hoc projects.
Tertiary eduaction in Business Administration, Corporate Governance or related disciplines;
1-2 years related experience in company secretarial field;
Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
5 days work
