We are looking for Vietnamese speaking Sales Coordinator - with details as follows :

The Job :

Work in Customer Service team of 6-8 members
You will respond professionally to inquiries from internal/external customers
Assist customers with inquiries by calls and by emails
Efficiently resolve inquiries focusing on providing excellent customer service
Update customers with details like order status, product pricing...etc
Execute customers requests like editing order, coordinate artwork arrangement...etc
Coordinate payment and/or shipping instructions
Frequent follow up to ensure shipments are confirmed by customers in a timely manner
Collaborate effectively across Sales/Development/Production/Warehouse teams
Good communications in written & spoken English & Vietnamese
2+ years in customer support / sales coordination / order processing in trading, buying offices or manufacturing companies
Experience in garment / trims / packaging / textiles / accessories or related is a big plus
5 days work (Mon to Fri 9am-6pm)
Annual leave : 12 days
