  • We are looking for Customer Service Executive  - with details as follows :

The Job :
  • Work in Customer Service team of 5 members in Ship Agency Division
  • Provide counter services and administer shipping documentation to customers
  • Handle all inbound, outbound and transshipment in a timely manner.
  • Prepare invoices and receipts for review and approval.
  • Over 1-2 years work experience in liner / ship agency / ship management / maritime or related
  • Experience in IMPORT or INBOUND is highly prefer
  • Knowledge in liner inbound, outbound or transshipment shipping documents
  • Customer-oriented and a good team player with strong interpersonal skill
  • Good communications in English and Cantonese
  • Proficient in PC applications in Word and Excel
  • 5 days work
  • Annual leave : 12 days
