Personal Assistant

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above, with formal secretarial training;
  • Minimum 5 years' solid experience to serve senior executives;
  • Excellent command in both written English and Chinese, fluent English speaking;
  • Efficient, strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels professionally;
  • Pleasant, well organized, mature, good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure;
  • Good PC skill of MS word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional secretarial support to Director on both business and personal matters;
