Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (Wan Chai location)

  • High Diploma holder or above
  • Minimum 4 years PA / Sec / Office Admin working experience
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • A self-motivated, independent, well organized and able to work under pressure
  • Good in English and Chinese, and Mandarin is preferable
  • Familiar with PC operation (including but not limited to Chinese Word Processing, MS Office, Excel etc.)

 

Responsibility

  • Performing secretarial and administrative duties;
  • Handling travelling arrangement and logistics, e.g., air-ticket, hotel and restaurant booking;
  • Provide general administrative support and handling related documentation
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records and filing
  • Carry out procurement and sourcing processes including negotiation, purchase order administration
  • Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
