Business Analyst (25K-27K X 13) - Europe MNC trading (Lai Chi Kok/5 days)

The Company :
  • European multinational company
  • Trading : a wide variety of consumer products
  • Hong Kong : regional office of Asia Pacific
  • Main market : Germany, Europe & Australia including department stores & supermarket chains clients
  • Other offices : China & SE Asia
  • We are looking for Business Analyst – with details as follows :

The Job :
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing financial and operational data
  • Monitor month end closing, including preparation of financial and operational reports
  • Prepare monthly performance report with key commentaries for review
  • Work closely with various functional teams and business teams in SE Asia and Greater China within the Group to ensure in-time quality execution for daily and any ad-hoc reporting
  • Assist in user requirement analysis, workflow improvement, process automation
  • Assist in formulating budget and forecast
  • Assist on ad-hoc analysis requests
  • Bachelor degree, preferably major in Finance, Accounting or Business related
  • Student member / finalist of accounting professional bodies preferred
  • 1 to 2 years or above relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint .
  • Good command of both English and Mandarin
  • 5 days work  
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus  
  • Medical insurance
