Trust Executive

Responsibilities

  • Prepare trust documents and assist in trust administration.
  • Ensure all control measures relevant to the job responsibilities are undertaken to minimize risk exposure.
  • Assist in new business on-boarding process.
  • Handle invoicing and debt collection processes.
  • Assist in FATCA and other ad-hoc projects.
  • Handle general enquiries from clients.

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration related discipline.
  • 2-3 years relevant experience gained from professional firms is an advantage.
  • Meticulous, well-organized, and self-motivated with positive working attitude.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
