Main market : emerging market including Africa, Latin America & Asia Pacific region
We are looking for Sales Admin Officer - with details as follows :

The Job :

Report to the General Manager
Work independently for full set I/E shipping document & merchandising role
Contact with suppliers / factories, issue quotations, samples handling, product procurement etc.
Follow up with customer orders and liaise with factories, vendors, freight forwarders and buyers respectively on the order and supply chain flow from PO till shipment (logistic arrangement).
Manage full set of I/E shipping documents.
Prepare weekly shipment report.
Assist in brand building and development.
Assist sales team with new item enquiries from customers, provide quick turnaround solutions with best pricing and options.
Source new suppliers to continuously improve our vendor base when required
Review new and existing vendor's capabilities from time to time to maintain or upgrade the service standard of our strategic vendor pool.
Assure products are in good quality and are prepared/distributed to customer in a timely manner.
Equip the team with updated product cost information, ensuring best price negotiations with suppliers & factories.
Stock management - execute product plans to achieve inventory and sales target.
Assist with ODM & OEM projects.
Tertiary education
4+ years working experience in shipping and merchandising/procurement
Product sourcing & procurement experience in mobile accessories or related products is an advantage.
Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
Familiar with MS office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Candidate with brand / trading company / buying office experience is preferred.
