Finance & Accounting Manager - Japanese electronic mfg/trading (Kwai Fong)

• We are looking for Finance & Accounting Manager - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Report to Head of Finance & Accounting
• Lead Finance & Accounting team of 4 members
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Coordinate and complete operational budget, forecast and Mid term plan and monitor company's performance
• Issue financial reports periodically and drive the related departments take actions required to achieve the operational budget
• Strengthen and improve the internal control system
• Ensure external financial audit to be completed in compliance with HKFRS
• Prepare profit tax return and computation and handle tax enquiries from the tax authorities
• Manage cash flow including payment and receipt
• Ensure custody asset's values and existence
• Manage team members
• Perform ad-hoc projects as required
• Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or related discipline
• Professional accounting qualification e.g. HKICPA or equivalent
• 5+ years of budget controlling experience
• 5+ years of finance manager's experience
• Experience in tax computation is a must
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese (Knowledge in Japanese is preferable)
• Proficient in Excel and Access
• Familiar with Hong Kong accounting standards, Company Ordinance and other related regulations 
• Knowledge in USGAAP is a plus
• Experience in Japanese companies is a plus
• No trips is required
• 5 days work ; flexible working hours
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
