Customer Service & Admin Officer - Good Benefits (5 Days)

Job Description:

  • Provide administrative and clerical supports

  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints with excellent customer services manner
  • Work with internal departments in handling customer cases
  • Maintain the daily operations procedures of team to ensure a smooth work-flow in a timely scheduled
  • Provide regular reports for management reviewz

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • Minimum 2 years solid working experience in customer service field
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office application
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
