Financial Controller (5 days / HK & PRC Accounting + Consol exp)

Requirements

• At least 10 years relevant experience in Sizable Manufacturing industry
• Degree in Accountancy or related disciplines
• Qualified Accountant is a MUST
• Hands-on experience in handling HK and PRC manufacturing accounting, taxation and transfer pricing matters
• Experience in handling legal matters and on site management experience of manufacturing plants outside China will be an advantage
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Station in Shenzhen (Free Company Car / Free Hostel / Free Meal are provided) 

Responsibilities

• Report to CFO
• Monitor the daily operations of the Accounts Department in HK and China with 30-40 staff
• Perform a spectrum of management functions in accounting, taxation, finance, legal document reviews and business evaluations
• Handle group consolidation
• Regularly review and closely monitor financial performance of all subsidiaries for continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Handle forecasting, budgeting and cost control
• Collaborate with both local auditors and group auditor to ensure acceptable accounting practices, proper compliance with all regulations and internal practices
• Handle ad-hoc projects
