Our client is a global market leading, innovative, dental company that supports the field professionals in delivering high-quality, esthetic, and long-lasting restorations for their patients. To cope with the company's expansion and market demands, they are now looking for a Product Manager to join their marketing team.

Description

  • Develop and execute strategic product plans for the assigned product portfolio in alignment with the company's overall objectives and market trends.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and sales team to define product requirements and features based on customer feedback and market insights.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring on-time delivery and successful commercialization of new products.
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps, outlining key milestones, release schedules, and resource allocation plans.
  • Drive product positioning and differentiation strategies to maximize market penetration and customer adoption.
  • Develop pricing strategies and manage pricing models to optimize product profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Develop effective marketing campaigns, sales tools, and promotional materials to support product launches and ongoing sales efforts.
  • Provide product training and support to the sales team, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively promote and sell the products.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements or modifications.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to the assigned product portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and industry stakeholders to gather insights and foster partnerships.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the assigned product portfolio, representing the company at conferences, trade shows, and customer events.


Profile

  • The successful candidate should be a degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or other related disciplines and have a minimum of 8 years' experience in brand management, product marketing and project management in medical device, dental or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and practices, including market analysis, product development, and product lifecycle management.
  • Strong presentation skills to communicate product strategies, updates, and value propositions to internal stakeholders and external audiences.
  • Experierce in conducting product training and workshops for sales teams and customers.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
