(Regional)Marketing Manager - Luxury Fashion

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and maximize global event presence.
  • Partner with HQ to maintain brand positioning and in line with Global Brand Strategy.
  • Manage event logistics and production, including coordination with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee VIP client management, including personalized communication, event invitations, and exclusive experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and brand positioning.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and event outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in marketing, with a focus on luxury fashion or high-end consumer goods.
  • Proven track record in global event management, VIP client relations, and brand marketing.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients and partners.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to measure marketing performance and inform strategy.
  • Travel is required for this position
