Key Account Manager (Modern Trade)

About Our Client

Our client is one of the leading beverage group with strong presence in the Asia Market. The brands have successfully marketed and distributed their products throughout the APAC region. To sustain the group's continuous development, they are looking for a Key Account Manager to join and monitor the sales of their Key Accounts (Off-Trade).


Responsibility

  • Achieve key business objectives for designated off-premises key accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned key accounts to drive sales growth, profitability, and in-store execution excellence.
  • Cultivate and develop strong relationships with customers, key accounts and stakeholders and preparation of sales reports.
  • Maximize in-store brand visibility, distribution, merchandising, and planogram optimization.
  • Responsible for assigned channel P&L, trade spend management, promotion performance evaluation, and ROI analysis.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Teams and key accounts to launch appropriated promotion plans to boost sales.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams internally to ensure a consistent customer experience and profitability analysis.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors and latest industry trends.


Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 5 years' working experience in FMCG industries, familiar with Modern Trade/Key Accounts Management
  • Energetic, well-organized, proactive and able to work independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business vision with strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
