Our client is a well-established retail banking group in Hong Kong. Due to the recent expansion, they are looking for high caliber for a Manager position for their Cross Border Strategy and Sales Analysis team.

About the job

Reporting to the Head of Cross Border, you will conduct quantitative analysis and suggest insights from cross border product and sales analysis for senior management. You are required to analyze sales performance results on customer segmentation, product sales performance and individual RM sales targets to identify opportunities in driving business. You have to participate in various projects including staff incentive design, scorecard programs and process streamline to motivate staff performance. In addition, you may occasionally attend meetings with Team Head in Shenzhen or other major mainland cities to present business results and action plans to mainland Head Office for the bank.

The successful applicant

To qualify, the successful individual must possess:

• University Graduate, preferably in Business related disciplines.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in sales analysis and business planning roles in retail banks.
• Good knowledge in cross border or wealth business with previous experience in front line banking sales position is required.
• Sound knowledge in formulating MIS reports and sales analysis.
• Strong business sense, good analytical mind and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using Excel and VBA and other statistical tools.
• Occasional travel (mainly one day travel) to major mainland cities may be required if necessary.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
