Finance/Accounting Manager(SFC Type 1,2)

Job Description

• Handle the financial accounting, consolidation, management accounting and tax returns for both offshore company and Hong Kong licensed entities
• Prepare FRR(Type 1,2 and others) under the SFO, ensure daily monitoring of the compliance with Financial Resources Rules
• Prepare forecasts/plans, budget and analysis
• Monitor daily cash flow, client money and other regulatory requirements under the SFO
• Work closely with operational functions and senior management across the organization to deliver an integrated approach to improving accounting controls and activities
• Liaise with external auditors and regulators
• Develop, maintain and execute Company's finance procedure and policy
• Coordinate requests from holding companies and ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Degree holder major in accounting or related discipline
• At least 5 years solid management accounting experience in financial institution is a MUST
• Able to work under pressure and prepare reports within high quality within tight deadlines
• Team player with mature and proactive attitude, good interpersonal skills and strong analytical mind
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel Experience in writing Chinese Reports is an advantage
• Good command of both English and Chinese
