Requirements

  • Diploma holders or above

  • Minimum 2 year of experience in customer service / administration field
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS office
  • Willing to learn and a good team player

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to the team

  • Provide professional quality services
  • Handle incoming customer enquiries and complaints
  • Maintain our customer services in good quality to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure timely, efficient and effective service to customers
  • Support ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as assigned
