Assistant Officer – Policy Owner Services (Project) - Insurance co

Responsibilities:

• Support the Manager in managing various life system projects, including project quality and delivery
• Participate in business requirement discussions and collaborate with key operation users to conduct feasibility analysis and determine cost & benefits
• Liaise closely with operation users, BA and IT teams to manage project milestones, ensure effective delivery of solutions and timely resolution of disputes
• Develop deep understanding of the business & system and actively contribute to future business
• Prepare management report and data analysis

Requirements:

• Holder of bachelor’s degree with 2 years life insurance experience in system development project
• A team player, self-motivated and independent
• Detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Good communication skills, able to interact with people at different levels 
• Good command of both written and spoken English
