Assistant Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop digital and social media strategies and implement digital initiatives / enhancement projects for Apps, website, social media to meet business objective
• Assist in drafting, editing and reviewing corporate literature, including web pages, brochures, leaflets, marketing materials and press releases
• Manage the relationship and optimization of social media as well as production agencies
• Evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns
• Intensively manage social media to drive customer engagement
• Monitor marketing activities in Social Media, Mobile Marketing, Website, etc
• Conduct Google analytics, social media analysis, digital analytic tools competitive research and web behaviour analysis
• Coordinate with agencies and Performance Marketing team to ensure proper end-to-end tracking of digital and social campaigns
• Complete other work assigned by the company

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Studies, Journalism or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in marketing/ communications or similar field
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency with MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Having experience in financial industry or brokerage/securities firm will be an advantage
• Excellent marketing sense and project management skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and analytical skills
• Hardworking, independent, self-motivated, mature, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Solid experience in digital marketing and content development
