Finance Compliance Analyst - International Firm

Looking for candidates who have 2-3 years' audit experience or have experience in contract review / process analysis.

Our client is a US listed company and has established for over 100 years. They have a strong reputation across the globe and have a diversified brand portfolio. Due to their expansion in APAC markets, they are currently looking for a high caliber to join their Accounting and Finance team.

工作内容

• Analyse contract terms, financial provisions, and related financial data to ensure billing is updated, align with compliance and identify any discrepancies
• Conduct analyses to identify outstanding payments and potential risks
• Prepare AR reconciliation, write-offs and adjustments to ensure accurate record-keeping
• Prepare financial and operational reports for monthly and quarterly review
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and Legal, to gather information, clarify contractual obligations
• Support process improvement and analysis tasks

理想的求职者

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related disciplines
• Around 3 years' audit / accounting experience
• Experience in handling contract review / audit / process analysis and improvement is a plus
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Knowledge in PowerBI is a plus
