HR Officer / Senior HR Officer (C&B) - Chek Lap Kok

JOB SUMMARY

The incumbent is responsible for handling payroll & providing operational support to C&B team. He/She will serve as the key person for payroll-related enquiries and support HR initiatives and other ad-hoc projects.

 

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Responsible for monthly payroll calculation, including final payment;
  • Handle Compensation & Benefits administration such as staff attendance & leave administration, employee compensation, MPF, tax filing, medical insurance, and other C&B-related matters;
  • Manage and maintain employee database and record in system; 
  • Ensure accurate and timely process of payroll processing and salary administration;
  • Prepare HR-related statistics and reports 
  • Working Location: Kwai Fong, will move to Chek Lap Kok in mid of the Year

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years’ HR working experience (experience in C&B and large-scale of payroll function is preferred)
  • A team player with high initiative, detail-minded, and numerical-sensitive, able to work under pressure & tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel (pivot table & vlookup), PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command in spoken/written English and Chinese
  • Hands-on experience of HRIS (BIPO / HROne) and Marco Excel will be an added advantage
  • Less experience can apply for Human Resources Officer
  • Immediate available is preferred
