Assistant Corporate Administrator

Job Requirements

  • F.6 or F.7 or above
  • Fluent English & Mandarin
  • 1 - 2 years clerical works and customer communication experience


Job Duties:

  • Attending to all incoming telephone calls, incoming and outgoing mails, meet and greet clients and take care client’s request and order.
  • To undertake general clerical duties which will include typing correspondence, drafting documents and issuing invoices for order;
  • To organize and maintain a proper system of filing and storage of information relating to all aspects of the business of the Company in line with Company policy that may be issued from time to time;
  • Some outgoing duty such as banking matter, fee payment and filing to Government department.
  • Any other work as reasonably required by the firm.
