Admissions and Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Handle front desk reception duties and provide basic customer services, including answering inquiries
• Manage the admission platform, including student enrollment, student profile management, timetabling, and rescheduling
• Prepare documents such as invoices, payment records, student reports, and minutes.
• Introduce programs to parents as appropriate
• Support the teams in maintaining the webpage and preparing marketing materials, such as posters and videos

Requirements:

• HKDSE level 3 in Chinese and English or above (or equivalent)
• Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese and English, with the ability to type in Chinese
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
• Experience with graphic design, drawing, and multi-media production software is preferred
• Ability to produce work with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Working Location: Kowloon Bay
