Receptionist 前台接待員 (1-year renewable contract)

Responsibilities :

• Handle all incoming calls including taking messages & call transfer, daily business communication including phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, greeting and welcoming guests in a warmth and friendly manner, managing conference room booking, mail & courier management.
• Responsible for the reception area and meeting rooms in clean and orderly condition
• Support in other administrative duties including but not limited to managers’ trip arrangement, document filing, storage, pantry & sundries management, order stationery and printing materials
• Provide support to management, company events and activities and assist in ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with excellent good telephone skill and manner
• 2 years' relevant working experience preferred
• Good interpersonal skills and friendly
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS, Words, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
