Manager, System and General Management (Retail Credit Management)

  • Assist supervisor to oversee the development and enhancement of retail credit risk tools.
  • Follow up on the implementation of retail credit-related system optimization and production.
  • Work closely with IT and related departments on system projects.
  • Support digital transformation of retail credit management.
  • Prepare regulatory management reports and analysis.
  • Degree holder or above with major in Information Technology, Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5.
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in retail banking industry with experience in credit system enhancement / project development.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
  • Independent, proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS office and programming.
  • Knowledge of credit risk management related regulatory requirements.

 

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Manager, System and General Management
