  • Responsible for processing daily settlement operations/transaction for Credit Card
  • Degree holder in Banking, Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5, with exposure in card industry practice and principle of Accounting knowledge are preferable
  • Show eagerness to learn for handling the cardholders’ enquiries and requests received from Hotline
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua


Candidates with more experience may be considered for the post of Assistant Manager, Settlement
