Main product : cotton knit infant and kidswear
Hong Kong : trading & finance office
Factories : Dongguan (2000) & Vietnam (3000)
Main market : US, European and Canadian market
We are looking for Production Manager (station Vietnam) - with details as follows :

The Job :

Diploma holder / Tertiary education is preferable
10+ years working experience in garment manufacturing, of which preferably over 5 years in managerial level
Experience in sizable garment factories is a plus
Exposure to infant or kids wear is a plus
Good knowledge in garment production technique and operation flow.
Ability to make production smooth and provide training program data
Knowledge of compliance standard
Experienced in offshore factories is a plus
Proficient in Chinese & English; Mandarin is a plus
Report to the Factory General Manager
In-charge the garment production processes to ensure production efficiency and product quality
Ensure reliable production planning, material delivery and production preparation for production smooth.
Monitor product standards and meet quality standard
Ensure on-time delivery
Perform efficiency improvement and saving in production cost.
Bring in new production technology concept for efficiency improvement
Collaborate with concerned parties, administration, merchandising and supply chain on production, quality and delivery issues.
Supervise and review worker performance, and motivate teamwork
Ensure achievement of production targets
Station Vietnam (2 hours flight from Hong Kong)
Accomodation and meals provided
Annual leave : 16 days
13 months salary + performance bonus
